This Site is operated by ORKID FASHIN , a Syrian Business Corporation, head office located at al joumhouria Street Near to Baghdad gas station – Latakia , Syria and registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection Registry of Latakia.

The present terms and conditions is susceptible of modifications from the part of ORKID FASHION at any moment without prior notice. Please always review the terms and conditions of sales accessible directly on the Orkidfashion.com website.

    1. Purpose
      The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sales is to determine the rights and obligations of both parties, exclusively because of the relationships they initiate on the internet, with respect to any online sales of Products offered on the Site.

      They apply to all the steps necessary to place the order and ensure the follow-up of such order as contracted between the Parties.

      By confirming the order, the Client acknowledges having reviewed the present terms and conditions of sales and expressly declares accepting them in their entirety without any reserves. These terms and conditions of sales shall prevail over any other conditions stated in any other documentation, the purchase act implying the acceptance of these terms and conditions of sales.

      The Client acknowledges being perfectly informed that its approval regarding the contents of the present general conditions does not necessitate handwritten signature of this document.

      This confirmation as well as the whole data that ORKID FASHION will register shall constitute the evidence of the existing transactions between ORKID FASHION and the Client.

  1. Product availability and authenticity
    ORKID FASHION products available for purchase online include ready-to-wear and accessories. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

    We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through ORKID FASHION online. ORKID | FASHION products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship.

    The products are intended for personal use by the user, and not intended for the latter’s professional use.

  2. How to purchase
    Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through orkidfashion.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers.

    The full purchasing process is detailed at the end of this document (Appendix A).

    The order may be modified at any time until its final confirmation by the Client which corresponds to definite acceptance of the offer and initiates the treatment of his order.

    ORKID | FASHION will confirm the acceptance of the order to the Client by e-mail to the communicated address by the Client.

    The information formulated by the Client at the time of taking the order shall bind him solely: in case of errors in the wording of the recipient’s address and telephone number, ORKID | FASHION will not assume any responsibility with regard to the impossibility of delivering the product.

  3. Pricing
    Prices displayed on the ORKID | FASHION website are quoted in USD including shipment cost. When shipping internationally, the shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes which are payable by the client. ORKID | FASHION is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur.

    While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

  4. Payment
    ORKID | FASHION accepts only the following forms of payment for online purchases:
    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • Paypal

    For added security, your billing address at orkidfashion.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

    ORKID | FASHION reserves the right to refuse any order placed online or to cancel any order by a Client with whom a dispute related to the payment of a prior order is pending.

  5. Changes and cancellations
    If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email within 24 hours of the order submission to orders@orkidfashion.com or else your order will be final and cannot be cancelled anymore.
  6. Shipping and delivery
    Products purchased from ORKID | FASHION online arrive packaged in a secure box.

    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package. ORKID | FASHION cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

    Please note that we are not responsible for any items damaged during transportation or theft. If you wish to insure your parcel at your own expense, please contact us directly to arrange this for you.

    If there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately within 48h after receiving the product by sending an email to: orders@orkidfashion.com or else the order will be considered accepted.

  7. Changes to the terms and conditions of sales
    You can review the most current version of the terms and conditions of sales at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  8. Governing law – Jurisdiction
    These terms and conditions of sales and the contractual relationship between Tony ORKID | FASHION and the client are governed by the Syrian law.

    In case of difficulties in the application of the present agreement, the parties agree upon the possibility, before any legal recourse, to seek an amicable solution of the dispute settlement that may arise during the execution of the present agreement.

    For product or online order related inquiries please contact us via email at: info@orkidfashion.com and we will make sure to assist you as promptly as possible. Please note that we are available Saturday-Wednesday from 9AM-7PM and Thursday from 9 AM-3 PM, excluding holidays.

APPENDIX A

The purchase process on orkidfashion.com  can be conducted in two different ways. The Client can either (1) browse through our collections and Add items to their Wish List or (2) they can Add items to their Shopping Bag from “RTW – Shop Online” & “Accessories” pages and directly proceed to payment.

The Client is guided step by step during the Check-Out Process in both cases. As part of this process, the Client is required to fill in a certain amount of personal information necessary to complete the order.

(1) For any purchase carried out through the Wish List, the Customer will go through the following procedure:

  1. Browse through our collections (Ready-to-Wear, Couture, La Mariée & Bridal)
  2. Select the desired Item(s)
  3. Add to Wish List
  4. Login or Create a New Account on orkidfashion.com , if not already signed in
  5. Navigate to the Wish List page & Submit Wish List
  6. Complete the “Wish List Form”
  7. The Customer will then be contacted by our Sales Consultant through his/her preferred method (Phone or Email)
  8. The Customer and Sales Consultant will discuss and finalize order details
  9. Fill in the required Measurement fields on the website
  10. Proceed to Payment

(2) For any purchase carried out through the Shopping Bag, the Customer will go through the following procedure:

  1. Browse through the “RTW – Shop Online” or “Accessories” pages
  2. Select the desired Item(s) & appropriate Size
  3. Add to Shopping Bag
  4. Verify the selected size and insert additional instructions if needed
  5. Proceed to Checkout
  6. Login or Create a New Account on orkidfashion.com 
  7. Fill in Shipping & Billing Information
  8. Read & Accept the Terms and Conditions
  9. Review Order Summary
  10. Place Order and Proceed to Payment

The customer may check his contact and shipping details as well as his Item Selection, the size selected, the Unit Price, the Total Price of the Order and modify his/her information if necessary before placing the order and proceeding to payment.

The validation of the order is carried out by the Customer through successful payment of the Total Price. It constitutes a firm and definitive commitment.

After validation of the order, the Customer receives an order summary to the email address he provided during the ordering process. This email must be kept by the Customer. The Customer will also receive a copy of the invoice in the package.
